I work with clients where English is not their first language. They know the fundamentals, they know the spelling and they oftentimes can tell me more about the grammatical rules.

What I do notice though, is how stiff or rigid their communication can be. Sentences may not flow well into each other or connect seamlessly. It’s not second nature to add transitionary words to support smooth or continuous speech.

I want to change that.
